My family has a long military history, my father, my husband (30 Yrs), my son (15 Yrs.), and two of my grandsons (they are active duty).

Ms. Price (Patriots Property Management) has been involved in managing my property located in Sumter, SC since 2017. I will continue to use Ms. Price (Patriots Property Management) well into the future.
She is always available to the owners and the tenants. When my tenant has a repair request Ms. Price goes to the home takes pictures of the issue and sends to me. She has repair person come out and give written estimate then relays that info to me for my approval. She is a hands on owner/property manager.

I have had the opportunity to work with Barbara Price for several years now. Barbara manages my 14 properties in Santee, South Carolina. The name of her company is Patriot Properties Management. Barbara has always been very diligent concerning all her duties of professional management. However, it doesn't just stop there. Barbara has the foresight to anticipate those units that need upgrading/repairs and although she maintains our goals of budgeting she also has "long term goals" for our future.

I highly recommend Patriots Property Management for the administration of rental properties. I have had my property managed with Barbara Price since October 2013. Ms. Price has been successfully responsible for administrative vetting of tenants, providing me with required documents/income statements, renewal of contracts, and reporting and securing qualified service providers.
Over the years, I have developed respect for her integrity, work ethic, and problem-solving abilities. Ms. Price has excellent communications skills, is highly organized and well versed in rental properties. We were first time home buyers and our Realtor Anita from Island Brokers Realty made the search for our first home a pleasant one. She was so patient with us and she really took the time to understand what we were looking for in a home. While looking for a home, Anita came across a new housing development just getting started here in Oak Harbor. She thought that for what we were looking for in style and price of a home, that this was perfect for us. She was absolutely right. It had everything that we were looking for in a home.
